The concerned properties are over 10&nbsp;000 pcs. located in 36 municipalities, on a total distance of 530 km. Our activities were related to identification of the owners, preparation of market evaluations, completion of dossiers for all the properties along the route, development of a report on legal status, organization of procedures under 210 of the Territory Planning Act in all the municipalities, conduct of negotiations and acquisition of about 300 properties affected by overground structures, entry of the acquired rights in the Registry Agency \u2013 servitude and right of ownership. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>A railway line at about 35 <g class=\"gr_ gr_3 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del\" id=\"3\" data-gr-id=\"3\">decares<\/g> of a company from the Group SCHWEIGHOFER \u2013 <\/strong>complex consultation including <g class=\"gr_ gr_6 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins replaceWithoutSep\" id=\"6\" data-gr-id=\"6\">conduct<\/g> of negotiations with about 60 natural persons &#8211; owners with <g class=\"gr_ gr_7 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep\" id=\"7\" data-gr-id=\"7\">place<\/g> of residence in various regions of the country, acquisition, and re-parceling of real estate properties within the area of the station of Septemvri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Warehouse-logistic base at about 80 <g class=\"gr_ gr_4 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del\" id=\"4\" data-gr-id=\"4\">decares<\/g> of a Company from the Group REWE <\/strong>\u2013 complex consultancy, including acquisition and re-parcelling of real estate properties, development of Detailed Urban Plans, elaboration and approval of transport schemes and communication plans, research of overground and underground infrastructure, preparation and approval of organization and communication of the traffic and so on. An analysis was made of lands of about 800 <g class=\"gr_ gr_5 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del\" id=\"5\" data-gr-id=\"5\">decares<\/g> in the territory of Elin Pelin to select the optimal properties which should be re-parcelled in a single massif during the process of the consultancy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>HOCHTIEF Solution \u2013 <\/strong>integrated consultation to the company on its participation in the tender \u201c<em>Implementation of Phase II of the project \u201cIntegrated system of solid waste treatment facilities of Sofia Municipality<\/em>\u201d \u2013 <strong>Design and Construction of a Mechanical\u2013Biological Treatment (MBT) Plant for processing waste and production of Refuse Derived Fuel\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Construction\nof 89 commercial outlets BILLA on the territory of the entire country <\/strong>(in\nover&nbsp; 20 regions, inclusive of Sofia,\nPlovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Shumen, Pleven and over 50 municipalities)&nbsp; \u2013 complex consultancy, inclusive of\nacquisition of properties, development of Detailed Urban Plans, establishment\nof servitude rights, elaboration and approval of transport schemes and\ncommunication plans, research of overground and underground infrastructure,\npreparation and approval of organization and communication of the traffic and\nso on. Project BILLA Lyulin with special complexity at the solution of the\nproblem with the ownership is amongst them, in which a terrain of 27 decares\nwas acquired in the city of Sofia from private owners, and a problem with\nillegal Roma ghetto of 250 persons and their accommodation in other districts\nof the city of Sofia was solved with priority. Also procedures for buyout of\nmunicipal parts of terrains were successfully realized with some of the\nprojects, as, for instance at Projects BILLA Lyulin and BILLA Nadezhda with a\nconduct of a procedure in accordance with the sequence established by Art. 15\nof the Territory Planning Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Logistic\npark in Ravno Pole at about 100 decares \u2013 <\/strong>acquisition and reparcelling of agricultural lands, research of\noverground and underground infrastructure and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Office\nand administrative buildings <\/strong>within the limits of the city of Sofia\nof a company <strong>from the Group IMMOEAST at about 80 decares and planned floor\nbuilt-up area of 150&nbsp;000 sq. m. \u2013 <\/strong>complex consultation, including acquisition of real estate\nproperties, development of a new Detailed Urban Plan, research of overground\nand underground infrastructure, servitudes and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Villa\nsettlement \u2013 <\/strong>overall research and provision of documentation\nfor the construction of a villa settlement of the Robinson type over 250\ndecares within the area of the village of Topola, town of Kavarna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Studio\nDragon International Studios LTD &#8211; London<\/strong> <strong>\u2013<\/strong>\nresearch, buyout and reparcelling of 350 decares of land \u2013 private\nownership within the area of the city of Sofia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Projects\nof AGRIMA AD <\/strong>\u2013\nbuyout of terrains for building up production capacities in Varna and\nPazardzhik with an area of over 50 decares.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Cascade\nSandanska Bistritsa and Hydroelectric Power Plant Studen Kladenets \u2013 <\/strong>investigations and provision of the documentation\nneeded for their privatization<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Transmission gas pipeline South Stream \u2013 Main Contractor for the implementation of all the activities related to the acquisition of the needed real rights for the carrying out of the Project.
