Transmission gas pipeline South Stream – Main Contractor for the implementation of all the activities related to the acquisition of the needed real rights for the carrying out of the Project. The concerned properties are over 10 000 pcs. located in 36 municipalities, on a total distance of 530 km. Our activities were related to identification of the owners, preparation of market evaluations, completion of dossiers for all the properties along the route, development of a report on legal status, organization of procedures under 210 of the Territory Planning Act in all the municipalities, conduct of negotiations and acquisition of about 300 properties affected by overground structures, entry of the acquired rights in the Registry Agency – servitude and right of ownership.

HOCHTIEF Solution – integrated consultation to the company on its participation in the tender “Implementation of Phase II of the project “Integrated system of solid waste treatment facilities of Sofia Municipality” – Design and Construction of a Mechanical–Biological Treatment (MBT) Plant for processing waste and production of Refuse Derived Fuel”
Construction of 89 commercial outlets BILLA on the territory of the entire country (in over 20 regions, inclusive of Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Shumen, Pleven and over 50 municipalities) – complex consultancy, inclusive of acquisition of properties, development of Detailed Urban Plans, establishment of servitude rights, elaboration and approval of transport schemes and communication plans, research of overground and underground infrastructure, preparation and approval of organization and communication of the traffic and so on. Project BILLA Lyulin with special complexity at the solution of the problem with the ownership is amongst them, in which a terrain of 27 decares was acquired in the city of Sofia from private owners, and a problem with illegal Roma ghetto of 250 persons and their accommodation in other districts of the city of Sofia was solved with priority. Also procedures for buyout of municipal parts of terrains were successfully realized with some of the projects, as, for instance at Projects BILLA Lyulin and BILLA Nadezhda with a conduct of a procedure in accordance with the sequence established by Art. 15 of the Territory Planning Act.
